ZKTOR links audience discovery, private coordination and commerce through connected services, while keeping each task’s information and permissions distinct.
New Delhi [India], September 23: Discovery, negotiation and purchase require different records. Softa Technologies organises services around those stages rather than a combined customer profile, founder Sunil Kumar Singh said. At a Press Club of India technical evidence briefing, he reported over one million users for its all-in-one Indian social media platform in ten months of mass public beta across India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
The commercial path starts with relevance. Hyperlocal-first Local Digital Worlds connect chosen districts, languages and communities, including diaspora audiences without movement tracking. Natural feeds follow user choices, excluding behavioural ranking; the no-pushed-algorithm model accompanies zero behavioural tracking. ZHAN’s contextual, hyperlocal advertising matches offers by subject, language and locality, with agencies handling campaigns, translation and merchant support. Creator terms allocate 70% of applicable content-attributable income; district-level plans cover creative production, community operations and language support. The super app combines posts, status updates, short clips, long-form video channels, pages, clubs, buddy connections, news, messaging and individual or group voice and video calls.
A private enquiry changes the audience. SNDESH, introduced at the briefing, excludes private exchanges from advertising and feed ranking. Platform-linked and also in standalone development, the messenger combines three layers: device-to-device end-to-end encryption, message-level keys and rotating server-side protection. HOLA AI supplies task-specific multilingual assistance; EZOWM supports commerce; ZWATO handles business administration. Also introduced, KHOZU.com connects evidence-first search and AI-assisted discovery to inspectable sources, updated answers and visible corrections, without profiling searchers or exposing protected media and messages. These are roles in the company’s design, not permission for each service to inspect every preceding exchange.
Default collection and access limits implement Privacy and Data Safety by Design. Multi-layer device-to-device encryption, rotating keys and Zero Knowledge Server Architecture restrict operator access to private content; one-time passwords authenticate users, with operational records separate. No URL Media Architecture delivers protected photos and videos through audience permissions instead of reusable public file links, restricting link-based scraping and extraction for impersonation or deepfake abuse. Screenshots, recipient recordings and external-camera capture remain possible. Public, friends-only and private audiences, comment and resharing controls support women’s visibility, livelihoods and digital dignity; women-first safeguards include children depicted by adults, even without accounts.
When a relationship produces a complaint, country-based grievance officers and a Women and Children Wing provide specialist local-language human review using restricted case access, with reasons, notification, escalation and appeals. VDL protective AI flags sexual-content, impersonation and child-safety risks without supplying advertising data. Country-based data sovereignty keeps servers, encryption boundaries, keys and access controls separate, including in-country backups and disaster recovery. Softa references India’s DPDP framework and the EU’s GDPR in cross-border arrangements. Shared engineering connects services without pooling national datasets; separate permissions keep private conversations, searches and purchases outside advertising profiles.
Singh connects twelve years of India-focused research with rural needs and European privacy culture. A Finnish citizen with over two decades in Finland, he says forgoing Finnish or EU funding, government grants, external venture capital (VC) and business-house backing preserved data-use independence despite European opportunities. Softa links Indian development, Finnish headquarters and a Chicago research gateway through ISRO-inspired frugal engineering. Its South Asia-first global strategy uses country-by-country testing; Bhutan and the Maldives remain in mass public beta. Singh associates regional adoption with his ambition for India’s technological soft power and Gen Z uptake with privacy, control and local relevance.
For Singh, a future profiling-free internet links digital freedom and confidence to participate, create and earn with the right to be online without tracking or behavioural profiling. The transaction moves forward; access to the conversation that began it does not automatically travel with it.
