It’s not easy being an athlete and things get absolute worse if you want to be a competitive bodybuilder. In India, People don’t believe in Natural Bodybuilding and almost everyone is misguided into taking PEDs aka steroids to do professional bodybuilding. From being a regular gym trainer to India’s top men’s physique athletes, Yuvaprakash has crushed all odds and made his way to the top Naturally without the use of Steroids/PEDs.
Yuva kept himself focused on victory and became the first Indian to Win Gold medals at World Natural bodybuilding federation (WNBF) and I Compete Natural (ICN), Two of the World’s biggest Natural bodybuilding championships. They are like the Mr.Olympia for Natural Bodybuilding.
Yuva underwent and cleared Polygraph testing and Drug testing by WADA-WORLD ANTI DOPING AGENCY (an elite testing committee that tests athletes who participate in Olympics Athletics too) before appearing in these prestigious events. Yuva then proceeded to represent India at Worldwide events, recently won WNBF Men’s physique championships held at Philippines. He made India proud on a different country
Yuva is now the only Indian qualified to represent India in WNBF and ICN World Championships. Yuva has his own company “TEAMYUVA” where he coaches people all over the World to get fit and also for Natural Bodybuilding competitions through his own app.
Yuva also has his own gyms “FITFLIX” & “SAIYANS HOUSE” , Supplement stores “FITMUSCLE SUPPLEMENTS” , Healthy meals services “FITNESS BOWL” in Chennai and Bangalore.
Guess what, we didn’t sit down and interview him. That’s not how you interview a bodybuilder. Real feelings come out while pumping iron, so we trained with him and here’s what he told us. Still now Yuva and his team holds 50+ awards from various prestigious natural events all over the world. He has set an example for everyone that any achievement is possible irrespective of age or any other situation that you might be involved in.
