Yoganta Delivers an Inspiring Guest Lecture on Human Growth and Development at CBIT

Yoganta, a leading yoga organization, recently conducted a highly informative and engaging guest lecture on “The Nature V/s Nurture: Human Growth and Development” at the Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT). The lecture was delivered by an internationally certified yoga teacher from Team Yoganta, Dr. Srirama Mandava. The event saw a great turnout of over 200 students and staffs who participated with great enthusiasm throughout the workshop.

The guest lecture was coordinated by Smt. A Sathyavathi, Assistant Professor of the ECE Department, and was attended by several prominent personalities, including Professor D Krishna Reddy and Professor G Suresh Babu. The founder & CEO of Yoganta, Raushan Kumar, and the cofounder & COO of Yoganta, O Chakradhar Reddy, were also present to witness the enlightening session.

Dr. Srirama Mandava shed light on the intriguing topic of human growth and development, delving into the concept of nature versus nurture. She emphasized the significance of nurturing a healthy and positive mindset from a young age and the impact it can have on an individual’s overall growth and development. She spoke about the power of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in achieving a sound body and mind, and how it can aid in overcoming challenges and obstacles in life.
