Krisha Dave presents Bharatanatyam Arangetram, mesmerises audience with complete Vishwambhari Stuti

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 02: Krisha Dave presented her Bharatanatyam Arangetram on Sunday, marking an important milestone in her classical dance journey after years of rigorous training under the guidance of Guru Smt. Maheshwari Nagarajan at Nritya Kala Kendra.

Following the revered Guru-Shishya tradition, Krisha underwent intensive training in Bharatanatyam and delivered a complete Bharatanatyam Margam during her Arangetram, showcasing her command over the classical dance form and its rich artistic traditions.

A highlight of the performance was the Varnam, in which Krisha vividly portrayed the Anand Tandava, the cosmic dance form of Lord Shiva. Through expressive abhinaya and intricate footwork, she brought alive the depth, energy and spiritual significance associated with the divine form.

The Arangetram also featured a rendition of the Vishwambhari Stuti and a devotional composition by the saint-poet Narsinh Mehta.

The most distinctive aspect of the performance was Krisha’s presentation of the complete Vishwambhari Stuti in a classical dance format. She is the first student to perform the complete Vishwambhari Stuti in this manner, captivating the audience with her dedication, artistry and devotional expression.
