The Charles Walters Council for Innovation & Research, in proud association with The Association of Indian Bureaucrats, successfully hosted the India Intellectual Conclave and MIGA Gabfest 2025 (Conceptualising Vikasit Bharat by 2047) on April 20, 2025, at the prestigious India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

The grand intellectual gathering brought together visionaries, thought leaders, senior bureaucrats, policy makers, educators, researchers, innovators, and young changemakers from across India, creating a platform for deep dialogue and actionable insights. The conclave witnessed a dynamic exchange of ideas centered around governance innovation, education reform, policy transformation, and youth leadership.

Delivering the welcome address, Abhishek Pandey, Founding Director of the Charles Walters Council for Innovation & Research, emphasized the need for a collaborative model of intellectual progress where research, administration, and civic innovation walk hand in hand. He highlighted how platforms like the India Intellectual Conclave serve as a crucible for catalyzing future-ready solutions.

The event concluded with the presentation of the “Beacon of Intellect Awards 2025”, recognizing exemplary contributions to public service, innovation, and academic research.
