Pardeep Narwal is considered to be one of the greatest raiders in the history of Kabbadi

New Delhi (India), May 17: India’s leading sports management company Aethleti Circle has roped in Kabbadi superstar Pardeep Narwal to its athlete representation vertical. Pardeep, who is one of the best raiders in the Pro-Kabbadi League and in the world, has signed an exclusive contract with Aethleti Circle. The company will exclusively manage all of the athlete’s commercial interests.

Aethleti Circle is a start-up that aims to revolutionise the sports industry in India. It is a sports management firm that specialises in Athlete Representation. It works closely with many international athletes, assisting them with sponsorship, marketing, social media, Public relations and many other areas. It has created an ecosystem that provides everything an athlete requires, allowing athletes to focus solely on their game.

Pardeep Narwal is one of the most popular names in the Indian sporting fraternity. He is regarded as one of the greatest raiders in Kabbadi and notably won the 2016 Kabbadi World Cup with India. Pardeep led the Patna Pirates to three straight Pro Kabaddi titles and holds a multitude of the league’s raiding records. He’s popularly known as the ‘Dubki King’ for his unique raiding style.

The star raider is understandably elated to have joined hands with Aethleti Circle and said: “As a professional sportsperson, it’s quite relieving that there is a dedicated team to take care of all the commercial matters. I’m sure this will help me to focus more on my game and, at the same time, maximise my sponsorship inputs. I’m totally looking forward to my tenure with Aethleti, and we shall surely grow together in the days to come.”

Pardeep Narwal has featured regularly for the Indian kabaddi team since 2016 and has won gold in three of the four tournaments that he has played in.

Pardeep’s third season with the Patna Pirates was arguably the best ever by a player in Pro Kabaddi history, as the raider notched up 369 raid points and led the league in every raiding category. In season 7 of the PKL, he became the first player to reach 1,000 points.

The feeling is mutual for Aethleti Circle’s CEO and Founder, Diksha Chhillar. She is evidently very happy that the deal is through and stated:

“This is a step for us in the right direction. We aim to revolutionise the sporting fraternity of India and make the ecosystem more athlete-friendly. It really helps when you have an international superstar like Pardeep Narwal as one of the faces of the company. We are confident that we’ll reach the greatest heights together.”

Both Pardeep Narwal and Aethleti Circle are re-defining their respective spheres, and we’ll certainly have a keen eye on how this partnership collectively brings about a positive change in Indian sports.
