To celebrate the launch of Power Talks in India and celebrate, Kérastase hosted a landmark event on May 14th in Mumbai. The event promised a distinguished lineup of influential speakers, headlined by Bollywood star Kérastase brand spokesperson in India, Sonam Kapoor. Additionally, a panel of esteemed self-made women leaders including Interiors expert Ridhi Khosla Jalan, Ahana Gautam, Founder and CEO of Open Secret Snacks, and Madhura Dasgupta, head of the NGO Aspire for Her, engaged in an insightful and inspirational discourse on women’s empowerment. The evening also featured a recital by poet, Aranya Johar.

The event was an immersive experience repleted with captivating décor, and scintillating entertainment performances. Notably, Kérastase unveiled its Limited-Edition bottle of its iconic Elixir Ultime Serum adorned with the emblematic Power Talks logo, serving as a poignant testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to the cause.

Madhura has been a banker for the last 25 years – holding leadership positions in IDFC, Standard Chartered and ANZ Grindlays Bank, after an MBA from XLRI and Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G, where she worked across multiple functions—supply chain, finance, and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US, where she launched natural and organic products.

She is the youngest Indian to be featured on BBC’s Top 100 Influential Women and also the youngest and only Indian member of the G7’s Gender Equality Advisory Council. She integrated spoken word in Bollywood through the movie Padman.
