Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) [India], January 30: On the 26th of January, a grand three-day Maha Sammelan ceremony took place at Karauli Sarkar Purvaj Mukti Dham. The event featured ‘Karauli Shankar Mahadev,’ an incredibly influential figure in the spiritual realm who has made a significant impact with his teachings and has garnered a lot of attention worldwide. He serves as the Guru of Karauli Sarkar Purvaj Muktidham, offering unique perspectives and thought-provoking opinions that have sparked meaningful discussions and debates. On the 26th of January, he addressed a gathering of around 20,000 people to discuss the relevance of spiritual power.
During the latter part of the ceremony, Karauli Shankar Mahadev focused on the importance of spiritual power and its mysterious and enigmatic nature. He explained the significance of Goddess Durga and Goddess Kali, pointing to the trident (Trishul) beside him and suggesting that it symbolizes a Lotus flower, with two petals and third eye of shiva in the centre
Karauli Shankar Mahadev also spoke about Brahmacharis (celibates) and the significance of their hair being tied up. This practice is often followed by those who are deeply involved in spiritualism as they decode hidden meanings. He used the example of Lord Budhha who had curly hair, to illustrate that tied hair symbolizes the thousand petaled lotus pointing downward, as sahastraar chakra. Karauli Shankar Mahadev primarily emphasized the importance of spiritual power and the true meaning behind it. He mentioned that in earlier times, to attain spiritual power, one had to leave their home, but he argued that nothing is truly left behind because even in the ashram, a home exists.
Karauli Shankar Mahadev discussed meditation in a group setting, emphasizing how it leads to the discovery of direction and pace without any trouble. He mentioned that there is an exchange of energies while practicing meditation in a group, which is why Gurukuls and schools are established. Learning in a group, he believed, results in a very positive manner, as one person can learn and understand different things from others. He concluded by stating that ‘tantra’ is a natural system, created by Lord Shiva, and everything people are currently doing is part of systematic research.
Karauli Shankar Mahadev concluded his preaching during the ceremony by suggesting that it has already been said that visiting the holy land of Kashi would be beneficial for everyone’s families. Now, it depends on the people which method and approach they choose to embrace.
