1. Can you share with us the inspiration behind founding Diva Lifestyle Hub and how it aligns with your personal and professional mission?

The inspiration behind founding Diva Lifestyle Hub stems from my passion for guiding individuals on their life, well-being, and career journeys.

In today’s time, many individuals lack guidance, support, a neutral opinion in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Moreover, students and parents are facing confusion regarding the appropriate career path.

As a Life, Well-being & Career counselor, I aim to empower people to become the best versions of themselves.

I work with parents and students to make informed decisions regarding the right career path utilizing the API (Aptitude, Personality and Interest) test and one to one counseling. This aligns with my mission of promoting “Positive transformations and empower individuals to unlock their full potential, foster holistic wellbeing, and navigate fulfilling career paths.”

The diverse roles of Trainer, Speaker, Youtuber, and Author allow me to share knowledge and insights, contributing to individuals’ growth and well-being in society. Diva Lifestyle Hub serves as a platform to make a meaningful impact, providing counseling, coaching, and valuable resources to support others in achieving their goals and finding fulfillment.

2. As a life, well-being, and career counselor, what are some common challenges you observe individuals facing in today’s fast-paced world, and how do you help them navigate these challenges?

In today’s fast-paced world, individuals often face challenges such as chronic stress, overthinking, emotional disturbance, grief, burnout, uncertainty and change, conflict at workplace, financial pressure, health and relationship issue, deep hopelessness, loneliness, Social issue, peer pressure, career confusion, and a lack of work-life balance.

To help them navigate these challenges, I offer personalized counseling sessions which involves providing support, guidance, and tailored strategies for addressing various personal and professional difficulties. I help individuals explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and work towards positive change. By self-awareness, resilience, and effective problem-solving skills, counseling empowers individuals to navigate the complexities of contemporary life more successfully.

As we are living in an era where numbers of new career fields emerge, I observe many parents and students grappling with the pressure to make the right career choices. We offer scientific and systematic approach for career counseling, incorporating psychometric testing to gain clarity on career choice.
I emphasize the importance of well-being, providing tools like meditation and breathwork. My holistic approach aims to guide individuals toward a balanced and fulfilling life focusing on physical health, Emotional health, nutrition, and exercise etc., ultimately promoting overall holistic well-being.

3. With your extensive qualifications and international certifications in counseling, how do you ensure your counseling methods remain effective and relevant for your clients’ diverse needs?

Each client is unique, with distinct needs. Each individual comes with a unique set of experiences, backgrounds, values, and challenges.

As a counselor, I continuously update my techniques/methods by staying current with industry trends. I am staying updated on the latest research, attending relevant workshops, and engaging in ongoing training, education, and actively participate in professional networks to ensure that my counseling methods align with the evolving landscape of life, well-being, and career counseling.

My commitment to staying effective and relevant involves continuous learning and adaptation. With an M.Sc., MBA, and NDDY, coupled with international certifications in coaching and Psychological counseling, I prioritize staying abreast of the latest trends and methodologies.

This enables me to tailor counseling approaches to meet the diverse needs of my clients This dynamic approach allows me to provide clients with the most effective and up-to-date guidance and promote a client-centered and culturally sensitive practice tailored to their unique situations.

Along with it, creating a solid therapeutic bond, setting goals, and encouraging client engagement makes it possible desired positive outcome.

4. You’ve authored multiple books and contributed to various publications. Could you tell us about your latest book project, “Blueprint of Growth,” and what readers can expect from it?

I’ve participated as a co-author on several books with various publications. I’ve contributed articles to numerous magazines as well. “Life Tweak” marks my debut as a solo author, featuring a collection of life quotes.

I’m currently working on my latest project, “Blueprint of Growth,” which delves into the theme of personal and professional development, which are essential for growth, offering readers actionable insights for growth which leads success. The book delves into practical strategies for overcoming challenges, emphasizing the power of elements such as purpose, focus, clarity, actions, mindset, continuous learning, and more.

Readers can anticipate a comprehensive guide that combines my experience as a Life, Well-being and Career counselor with practical advice, empowering them to create their own blueprint for sustainable growth in various facets of life.

This book offers valuable insights into the key parameters that nearly all successful people pursue. It presents these concepts in a straightforward manner, offering readers practical guidance to cultivate a balanced and progressive life.

5. Your belief in “Think right to live right, believe because it works” is inspiring. How do you integrate this philosophy into your counseling sessions and teachings?

The philosophy of “Think right to live right, believe because it works” is foundation to my coaching sessions and teachings. I emphasize the power of positive thinking and the impact it has on shaping one’s life.

I work with REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that focuses on identifying and challenging irrational beliefs to promote more rational thinking and emotional well-being.

REBT aim to empower individuals to understand and change their patterns of thinking, ultimately leading to healthier emotional responses and more adaptive behaviors. The emphasis is on promoting rational thinking for overall mental health.

In counseling, I guide individuals to cultivate a positive mindset, encouraging them to believe in their capabilities and the potential for positive change.

I integrate practical exercises, mindfulness techniques, and personalized strategies to align thoughts with positive outcomes. This philosophy serves as a guiding principle, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, make informed decisions, and lead a purposeful life.

6. Managing multiple channels on YouTube dedicated to wellness and meditation is impressive. What motivated you to start these channels, and how do you see them evolving in the future to continue impacting more lives?

We have wellness and Meditation channels in Three languages, English, Hindi and Gujarati.

The motivation behind managing multiple YouTube channels dedicated to wellness and meditation stems from a desire to reach and positively impact a broader audience so the language could not be the barrier in the path of wellness. Personally, I have found these resources to be invaluable in enhancing overall well-being and promoting a mindful lifestyle.

Recognizing the power of digital platforms, I aimed to create accessible spaces for individuals seeking guidance in well-being, mindfulness and breath work.

In the future, these channels will evolve by expanding content, incorporating diverse perspectives, and addressing evolving needs. The goal is to continue inspring a supportive community, offering valuable insights, and providing practical tools to enhance the overall well-being of viewers, ultimately making a positive impact on more lives in society worldwide.
