Mir Nizam Ali Khan popularly known as Adv. Nizam A. Khan, Public Speaker on the subjects of Islam, Indian Judiciary and Current Issues, a born Muslim and a Hyderabadi Indian, great grandson of Nawab Sultan Yawar Jung ul Mulk Bahadur Mir Vazir Ali Khan (Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, 1905), Founder President of ALIF – Al Lisaan Islamic Foundation and Khan’s Advocates & Associates a registered Law Firm, Khan is also a patron member of Telangana High Court Advocates’ Association, a young Advocate and Islamic Speaker from Hyderabad holding a Quran in one hand and Constitution of India in another hand teaches and preaches at the same time, he is very popular among youngsters.
He started conducting seminars at a very young age of 15. Presently, his educational qualification includes MBA, M.Sc., M.A., LL.B, LL.M and Ph.D, in his recent interview he has enlightened us on his mission, he said, “My Mission is to spread Peace, Harmony, National Integration and Universal Brotherhood among fellow citizens and human beings through the teachings of Quran, Prophet Muhammad PBUH and Constitution of India; he further said Constitution of India allows us to follow our respective religions so will shall follow, his main objective is to make people understand basic human ethics, moral values and teach them on Fundamental Rights and duties, his lectures are mainly in English and Urdu languages attended by large number of gatherings, Adv. Nizam A. Khan conducts Free Legal awareness workshops, Free Legal Aid, Free TSLAWCET coaching and Admission guidance for Law aspirants.
He further said that during his seminars he guides people to follow the law of the land and never mock the gods of other religions and never insult the customs and religious beliefs of any community as it is crime under Indian law and also a crime in jurisprudence of Islamic teachings. Usually he conducts purely nonpolitical seminars, He is very active on all social media platforms specially Youtube where thousands of videos of his seminars and legal awareness programs can be seen.
Internationally, he has visited various countries for his seminars like Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Nepal. Adv. Nizam A. Khan also conducts Social Awareness programs on disastrous consequences of Drugs and narcotics, women safety campaign, anti-dowry campaign, awareness on social evils campaign etc.
He along with his wife Adv. Javeriya Nousheen started a Matrimonial counseling center were disputed couples go through effective counseling and reconcile without any further court cases. Both Husband and wife try to settle down cases through arbitration and counseling in which they obtain 80% success.
Adv. Nizam A. Khan conducts workshops especially for youngsters to guide, motivate and encourage them to follow the law of the land, live a peaceful and respected live, become an asset to family, society and our beloved country India and never indulge in any anti national and anti-social activity.
