‘D Daptracha D’ a regional short film has grab the attention of Film Festivals now days. Where its has won 25+ National & International awards & streaming on Pocket Film. The short film is written & directed by Parag Chaudhari who is one of the youngest filmmaker working in indian film industry.
The short holds the various records in it. Its the 1st Tawadi language regional film to be featured on OTT. Also it is showcased at the Film Theatre. Its directly stands with those few short films in India who got shocased at Film Theatre. The film has got the attention from some big film festivals like Kalakari Film Fest, Chandigarh Music & Film Festival, Devgiri Film Festival. Its is also nominated at Golden FEMI Film Festival in Bulgaria, Europe june 2023.
The Film’s story is about Pavan (Brother) and Chakuli(Sister). Pawan is an ambitious and hardworking boy. He has lost his mother and father in his childhood days, since all the responsibility of house and his sister’s education is on his shoulder. He is managing all these by doing ironing work. His only dream is to made her sister successful in her life. The fight for the destiny & the struggle with the circumstances to fullfill the dreams can be seen in this film.
20 years old Parag Chaudhari is one of the youngest filmmaker working in Indian Film Industry & has worked in various OTT projects as Actor, Writer & Associate. His full length feature as an actor is on the way to be getting release. Through this film, he has debuted as Director in the industry.
He has also announced of doing some big projects very soon. Many film makers has appreciated him for his work , many news media has coverd his success as It’s proud moment to see that the new talent is rising.
