Dr. Deepal Joshi is currently the Director of Som-Lalit Institute of Business Administration, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. She was a gold medalist at both UG & PG levels. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research in management education. She is actively working on consumer behaviour and e-commerce topics. She has also contributed to experimental academic innovations such as organizing the 1st ever FDP Reunion at IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Joshi has done extensive research in her area of expertise and published in ABDC and Scopus-ranked journals and in book chapters with international publishers such as Palgrave Macmillan.

Dr. Gurmeetsingh Sikh is a doctoral guide and Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management of GLS University. With more than 30 years of research and teaching experience, Dr. Sikh is a very experienced teacher, having an MBA, LL.B. and many international academic immersions, and has presented at prestigious institutions like Cambridge University, IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Hong Kong.
