New Delhi (India), February 23: In the illustrious world of the Haute Monte Mrs. India pageant, one contestant stands out not only for her beauty but for her remarkable journey of resilience, determination, and empowerment. Meet Sanskriti Jayaswal, a woman who defies stereotypes and challenges the status quo with her unwavering passion and commitment to uplift others.

As she gracefully enters the finals of the Mrs. India pageant, organised by Haut Monde, Sanskriti Jayaswal brings with her a story that inspires and captivates. With a belief that age is just a number and dreams have no expiration date, she embodies the spirit of perseverance and fearlessness.

A multifaceted individual, Sanskriti Jayaswal is not just a contestant; she is a wife, an entrepreneur, and above all, an advocate for empowerment. Her entrepreneurial journey began in the male-dominated industry of catering, where she faced numerous challenges and barriers. Unwavered by the odds, she persevered and established a thriving business, serving thousands of individuals.

Yet, her greatest challenge arose when she sought to build a women-only team within her enterprise. Faced with resistance from societal norms and familial pressures, many women hesitated to join her workforce.” Husband nahi allow karega madam”, “madam office Jane ko allow nahi karengay mummy daddy”-are things she would listen to day in and day out. However, Sanskriti took it upon herself to personally mentor and uplift the women who did join her team. Through her guidance and support, she not only instilled confidence in her employees but also shattered societal stigmas surrounding women in the workplace.

However, when she delved deeper and met more women, she realized that the problem was bigger and not restricted to a certain segment of employees. Instead, women post-marriage are the ones facing the biggest issue. For many, this stage of life marks a period of transition. Without a source of income, these women feel a sense of vulnerability and dependence, as their financial stability hinges on the earning capacity of their spouses or the willingness of their children to aid. Additionally, the prospect of reentering the workforce after an extended period of absence can be daunting, especially considering the potential challenges of the ever-evolving job market. Financial insecurity impacts women’s self-esteem and sense of worth, as they feel undervalued without the financial independence that comes from earning their own income. Sanskriti believes that the only way out of this is to give them confidence and support in ways that they can upskill themselves. Having spoken to hundreds of women, Sanskriti finds this cause personal. “I believe that society needs to stand up for these women,” vouches Sanskriti.

I have drawn inspiration from numerous resilient women throughout my life,” Sanskriti reveals, “and now, I aspire to serve as a guiding light for millions of women who struggle with self-doubt and lack of confidence.” Reflecting on a transformative moment, she recounts attending a Cancer awareness event for woman where the esteemed chief guest Dr.Manjari Priya Gupta, left a profound impact with her compassion. Upon discovering Dr. Gupta’s accolades as the 2021 Mrs. India Worldwide winner, Sanskriti experienced a revelation. “That day, I realized that to further my mission of empowering women, I needed to find my voice and make it heard,” she shares. Determined to pursue this vision, Sanskriti resolved to join a pageant aligned with her values – one that prioritized inner beauty and purpose. This led her to Haut Monde, recognizing it as a platform to amplify her message and effect change on a larger scale. Delving into thorough research, Sanskriti uncovered the admirable ethos of the pageant and its chairman, Mr. Bharat K Bhramar.

Beyond his expertise in the fashion industry, Mr. Bhramar’s commitment to uplifting women who dare to dream resonated deeply with Sanskriti. Notably, every participant in the pageant receives guidance from esteemed figures like Sylvie Rodgers, Shubhra Bhramar, Ronny Kaula, and Kirti Mishra Narang, breaking down stereotypical barriers and emphasizing qualities of vision, integrity, and honesty. Haut Monde serves as a conduit for Mr. Bharat Bhramar’s message, aiming to inspire women nationwide to embrace their potential and pursue their aspirations without fear.

In unity, the visionary leadership of the pageant’s chairman and the unwavering dedication of its finalists converge to champion empowerment. Should she win, Sanskriti vows to uphold the pageant’s dream, committed to empowering women and serving as a beacon of inspiration as a brand ambassador. Together, they epitomize the essence of Haut Monde, fostering a future where women’s dreams know bounds.
